This breath-led flow glides through a progression that utilizes movements to challenge your balance. You’ll start by practicing the sequence once and build to flow through the sequence twice on both sides before ending with Seated Forward Folds. Postures include Side Plank variations, Single-Leg Tadasana, Revolved Half Moon, and Reverse Crescent Lunge. This class previously aired on November 5, 2024.
