This Kundalini class uses somatic and energy practices to help you live openly from the center of your self. You’ll connect with your physical and energetic self in a steady sequence with the Movement-Relaxation Set, including rocking and tapping, and the Essence of Self Kriya, including Arm Circles, Bow or Sphinx Pose, and Crow Squats.
