This quick Kundalini practice features various postures focused on harmonizing your energy flow, helping you step away from class and move forward with a balanced perspective. Warm up with seated hip rotations and Cat/Cow, then glide steadily through Cobra, Squat, Leg Lifts, Locust, Shoulderstand, and a Plough Pose variation before finishing with Sat Kriya feeling elevated. This Kundalini practice primes your nervous system to rhythmically alternate between high energy and deep calm, helping you build resilience and grace under pressure. Start with strengthening poses, Sun Salutation A and B, and core work before moving through a Heart-Mind Coherence Kriya and a Breath Purifier Kriya. Start by priming the lymphatic system at your upper body, then move into a kriya for the lymph nodes with twists, arm movements, leg work, and Shoulderstand before finishing with a mantra meditation (Har Guru Siri Guru Wahe Guru).
