This powerfully effective form of yoga stimulates the immune, nervous, and glandular systems, helping to bring you back into true harmony. It is a sacred and scientific technology that enables you to access and realize your own creative energy to unlock your potential and elevate your consciousness. In these classes you will experience techniques for self-development to generate profound and lasting advancement. These classes are for everyone.

Level 1-2 30 mins

This practice serves as your go-to for when you need to calm fluctuating thoughts and shift your mindset. Move through standing side bends and spinal twists, balancing and cleansing breathwork, and seated meditation to release mental chatter. Highlights include Alternate Nostril Breathing and Shambhavi Mudra. This is the third class of Kia’s four-part Rejuvenation Series. Each class focuses on replenishing your energy to better support yourself on and off the mat. This class previously aired on September 21, 2022.

Open yourself to a new level of power and presence by bringing balance and equanimity to your body with meditation, invigorating movement, and breathwork. Begin with core and spinal movement, including Bicycles and Pikes, then practice Sun Salutations, Goddess Pose, and Push Ups, using Breath of Fire throughout. This class previously aired on August 31, 2022.

Stimulate the entire length of your spine with breath-lead dynamic movement, including a spinal twist, arm movements, neck circles, and Frog Pose, then finish with mind-clearing breathwork.

This is the final of four classes in Kia’s Support Series and was previously aired on August 3, 2022.
