This invigorating class greets you with dynamic moments, powerful breathwork, and deep concentration to bring inner balance and strength to your whole being. Warm up with a Crescent Vinyasa sequence, then dive into Breath of Fire and a set of seated kriyas to expand your energy. Round out with an eight-stroke breath technique and the mantra “Ra Ma Da Sa | Sa Ta Na Ma | Sa Say So Hung.”
