This instructional, tutorial-style class explores key alignment principles and critical modifications when practicing with High Hamstring Tendonitis, a feeling of localized discomfort up around your sitting bone. By modifying poses that engage your hamstrings, you will gently stretch without strain, creating stability and sending a message to your body that it's okay to heal.
