Amy Ippoliti

Amy Ippoliti is a seasoned yoga teacher, author, and advocate for human health and environmental stewardship. Her deep passion for yoga philosophy breathes life into ancient teachings, guiding students toward more purposeful lives. Known for her intelligent sequencing, clear instruction, and engaging sense of humor, Amy integrates timeless wisdom into practical living with expertise in healthy aging, yoga therapeutics, and injury management.

A graduate student at Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition and an ambassador for The Rodale Institute, she champions solutions at the intersection of wellness, food systems, and climate. She has trained yoga teachers worldwide, is a regular speaker and presenter at wellness events, co-authored The Art & Business of Teaching Yoga, and has been featured on the cover of Yoga Journal and Fit Yoga Magazines as well as in Prevention, Organic Life, and MindBodyGreen. Amy's been a teacher on Glo since 2012.
