When times are turbulent, we must learn to go with the flow, and to get grounded on command. This dynamic and fluid practice supports us in just that. You’ll begin with gentle shoulder and neck warm ups, build with rhythmic and flowing sun salute variations, and settle into hip openers infused with breath-inspired spinal waves. Once the movement has cleared the stress away, you’ll settle into a mindful meditation practice that teaches you how to name your thoughts- so that they no longer have power over you.
