This fast-paced cardio class awakens the body with energizing exercises that focus on building strength and stamina in your core. Begin with a short warm-up, then a descending pyramid-style sequence of three core exercises combined with cardio and Plank intervals. We recommend adding a 10- to 15-minute post-workout cool-down stretch. This class was previously streamed on June 2, 2021. Props Suggested: 1 set of light to medium dumbbells.
