Warm up with Marches and Roll Downs into Plank to fire up your core. Test your stability in Bridge, Forearm Plank, and extended holds. Finish with 3-way Push-Ups and stretches while lying on your back. This class is part of our Mind-Body Barre Sculpt Program. Props Required: a chair.
