A mat Pilates class that uses lots of leg and arm exercises plus core activation to revitalize your entire body. Move through Table Top and Plank work then a side-lying series with Bridge lifts and Toe Taps. Complete your workout with hip and leg stretches. This class was previously aired on November 16, 2021. Props Suggested: Pilates ball, 1-3 lb. hand weights, and ankle weights.
