This Prenatal practice flows through a steady sequence of poses, winds down with hip openers, then finishes with breathwork to balance lunar and feminine energies. Highlights include Warrior I & II, Goddess Pose, Camel Pose, and Puppy Pose. This class was previously aired on November 8, 2022. Please note: Prenatal yoga is for those who have a low-risk pregnancy and have gotten the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.
