Ali Owens is an E-RYT 500, meditation teacher, dancer, world traveler, and mother. Driven by her passion for movement, Ali studied dance in the World Arts & Cultures program at UCLA, leading her to discover yoga. She signed up for a yoga course to unwind from the long days of training, but what she found was enthusiastic interest in the philosophy and spirituality of the practice. Upon graduation, she completed her first teacher training in Santa Monica and continued to study with some of the most celebrated teachers in the world. Ali is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative/Yin, Subtle Body, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

Once a simple way to wind down from a busy lifestyle, yoga has become the catalyst for Ali to live the life she always dreamed of. Her mission is to empower others to uncover their intuition and live in alignment with their hearts through movement and meditation. Ali has become well known for her innovative teaching style and ability to create a welcoming environment for all students to grow and thrive.

Ali has taught at some of the most reputable studios in Los Angeles and worked as a spokeswoman and ambassador with several leading yoga and fitness brands. This slow, relaxing guided walk caters to your experience as you journey through pregnancy. With each step, you’ll focus on your breath, body, and baby as you build resilience, access your strength, and tap into your intuition. Please Note: A prenatal practice is for those who have a low-risk pregnancy and have gotten the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.

This guided walk takes you through a moving meditation that introduces you to the Chakra system, noticing how each Chakra correlates with an element in nautre. Enjoy a slow, relaxing pace while exploring the seven main Chakras, what they’re all about, and listening to powerful affirmations to balance them. You’ll feel more whole as you reach your destination.

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

Feel more open and relaxed as you unlock your hips and heart in this steady practice of approachable yet strong postures. Flow through Warrior II, Side Angle, Flip Dog, Locust, Bow Pose, Pigeon, and (optional) Mermaid Pose to create expansion and release tight, sore muscles.
