This prenatal practice moves slowly through hip and chest openers to encourage deep rest, relaxation, and restoration. There are lots of modifications included so that you can adjust props to accommodate your growing baby. Postures include Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose), Pigeon Pose, Anantasana (Sleeping Vishnu Pose), Viparita Karani (Legs Up The Wall), and Child’s Pose.
