Expand your strength training vocabulary and endurance with this sweaty, full-body class. Move through a descending ladder (start with seven reps and work down to one) that increases your heart rate while challenging your strength with medium dumbbells (5-12 lbs.). Highlights include Squat, Lunge, Bent Over Row, Tricep Kickback, Russian Twist, and a cool-down stretch. This class previously aired on March 1, 2023.
