Physically, this practice focuses on your hips, hamstrings, and inner thighs. Mentally and emotionally, this practice embraces your most authentic self by gently decreasing your attachment to the “3 Ps: Perfection, pleasing, and performing.” Flow through Cat/Cow, Warrior II, Skandasana, Forearm Plank, and supine Eagle core work while being present with yourself and your practice.
