This class guides you through a simple, effective breathwork practice that cuts through stress to initiate a new, elevated state of being. Link your breath with gentle Swimmers Arm movements and accessible mudras to use these techniques to open your shoulders and energize your heart. This class previously aired on January 3, 2024. This is the first of five classes in Kia’s Joyful Living Series, which guides you into the new year (and any transition) with breathwork, meditation, movement, and Kundalini yoga practices. This series is designed as a weekly progression, with each class intended for one week at a time. We recommend completing one class each week, practicing at least once before moving on to the next class.
