Level 2 45 mins

This Kundalini practice uses a grounding breathing sequence, Sat Kriya, and meditation to connect with your inner fire. Begin with a brief reflection on the sacredness of life using a verse from the oldest of yogic texts, the Rig Veda. Utilize Breath of Fire and Sat Kriya, then round out your practice with a meditation followed by an 11-minute eight-part breath series. This class was previously streamed on June 9, 2021.

This Kundalini class uses a series of poses combined with mantra and meditation to shift your mind and body into a state of balance. Begin with a powerful mantra, Sat Nam, followed by a grounding six-pose sequence focused on balancing the Chakras. Finish with a 10-minute guided relaxation to seal in your practice as you complete your journey through the Chakras. This class was previously streamed on June 1, 2021.

Level 2 30 mins

This Kundalini class relieves stress and stimulates energy throughout the body using chanting, flow, and intentional breathing. Peak poses include Locust Pose and Wide-Legged Forward Fold.
