Let go of racing thoughts and quiet mental chatter by combining mantra, breath, and asana (movement/postures) in this Vinyasa practice. Start class with an eight-minute intro about mantra and mala beads, then flow through Low Lunge, Eagle Pose, Triangle, Warrior III, and Camel Pose, noticing how consciously repeating a word or phrase can slow down a ruminating mind and change the way you practice.
