This fun, prop-assisted fusion series emphasizes balance and core strength to execute creative exercises gracefully. You’ll work your entire body, honing in on the inner thighs, glutes, abs, and obliques, moving quickly through Kneeling Lunges, Time Under Tension Lunges, Calf Raises, abductor leg work, and Plank variations.
