This Hatha class guides you to enhance the harmony between the postures and your breath, allowing for more mindful movement in your yoga practice. Start with standing postures, including Warrior I, Pyramid Pose, and Revolved Triangle, then explore Camel Pose, Seated Forward Fold, and Shoulderstand before finishing in Reclined Twist.
