This Pilates practice guides you through an energizing routine on a Reformer. You'll strengthen and lengthen your whole body while increasing stamina. Focus on form, control, and proper muscle activation in Moving Planks, Hovering Bridge, a single-leg series, a side-lying outer thigh series, ab work, and seated arm exercises.
