This class takes you through a brisk-paced, sweat-inducing sequence, opening your shoulders, hamstrings, and lower back before deep, detoxifying twists. Postures include Crescent, Vashistasana (Side Plank), Standing Splits, Utthita Hasta Padangustasana (Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose), Bakasana (Crow Pose), Wheel, and Gomukhasana.
