Familiarize yourself with all the actions for a healthy, strong Shoulderstand, the “queen of yoga poses.” This class guides you in learning how to use props and variations to support your body in going upside down while moving through Supported Child’s Pose, Down Dog, Cobra Pose, Bridge, and, of course, Shoulderstand.
