Blend long-held postures with dynamic movement in this non-traditional Yin class that gives you a fresh take on relaxation. Start with an active stretch to warm up your joints, then find stillness with static holds in passive stretches. Highlights include Supine Twist, Malasana (Squat), Skandasana (Side Lunge), Dragonfly Pose, Cat/Cows, Melting Heart, Swan Pose, and Caterpillar Pose. This class previously aired on July 19, 2024.
