This well-rounded sequence keeps you continuously flowing in all directions on your mat for a refreshing practice that’s just plain fun. Think: lots of dynamic movement, twists, shoulder openers, backbends, and side bends. Postures include Side Angle, Trikonasana (Triangle), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon), Skandasana (Side Lunge), Anjaneyasana (Crescent), and Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose).
