For experienced Pilates practitioners, this class challenges you with advanced Pilates exercises at a fast pace. Props are added to up the intensity, forcing you to dig deep and find strength — physically and mentally. Start with Hundreds, Roll Down, and Single and Double Leg Stretch, then sweat through Leg Circles, lots of inner thigh work, Teaser, Criss Cross, and Plank to Lunge to Push Ups.
