This strong, dynamic practice with minimal instruction keeps you moving from beginning to end and provides space for your own variations. Flow through Surya Namaskar, Handstand and Forearm Balance options, Bakasana and Parsva Bakasana (Crow and Side Crow), reclined core strengtheners, and backbends, including Camel Pose.
