This Hatha class incorporates a comprehensive standing practice to enhance physical vitality, followed by a calming, cooling series of seated postures to increase mental clarity and solidify a grounded sense of well-being. Start with Hatha Lunge Salutations into Revolved Half Split, High Lunge, Revolved Chair Pose, and Goddess Pose, then move to the ground for Butterfly Pose, Forward Fold, and Reclined Twist.
