This class blends Vinyasa with Barre elements for an energizing flow that brings the burn. You’ll use a resistance band to activate your muscles, then notice how these muscles are used in yoga postures and how strengthening them can support your body, mind, and practice. Highlights include an arm sequence, Hammer Curls, Fallen Triangle, Power Lunge, and a thigh sequence. This class previously aired on August 17, 2024.
