This class is like a fresh start to your day (midday). You’ll open, lengthen, and strengthen your body in a refreshing, grounding sequence that creatively shifts between standing poses, chair yoga, and floor-based postures. Enjoy steady movement through Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold) variations, Standing Side Stretch, Seated Twist, Single-Leg Squats, dynamic Warrior II, Bird Dog, Lunge variations, supported Warrior III, chest tapping, neck rolls, and more techniques to counter time spent at a desk. This class previously aired on August 19, 2024. This is the fourth class in Elena’s five-class Yoga For Desk-Dwellers series, designed to boost energy, alleviate discomfort, and release tension in areas commonly aggravated by spending long hours sitting. These classes are great for unwinding after work and offer techniques to incorporate throughout your day.
