This Hatha practice helps to improve spinal health with a systematic sequence of spine-focused postures that enhance flexibility, improve posture, and leave you feeling supple. Warm up in Reclined Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose and Seated Side Stretch leading into Half Split and Lizard Lunge, then move to the floor for Cobbler’s Pose, Seated Forward Fold, and Happy Baby.
