This Kundalini practice primes your nervous system to rhythmically alternate between high energy and deep calm, helping you build resilience and grace under pressure. Start with strengthening poses, Sun Salutation A and B, and core work before moving through a Heart-Mind Coherence Kriya and a Breath Purifier Kriya. You’ll finish with dynamic Halasana (Plough Pose), Child’s Pose, and meditation, feeling balanced, focused, and at peace. This class previously aired on December 11, 2024.
