Embrace a challenge in this creative workout that kicks up your Pilates practice by adding balance and strength elements. Feel your power in a series that utilizes a small stability ball in seated ab work, Teasers, oblique exercises, Side Plank, and a standing sequence with Lunge and Standing Split.
