Invigorate and stabilize your energy with a sequence designed to balance the vayus (inner flow of prana/life force) within you. Flow through a blend of vinyasa flows paired with Kundalini kriyas that will tune you in to your subtle body so you can begin to feel how the vayus move within each pose and sequence.
