Basic Beginner Flow 3.0 - Preview

This final class of our three-part series offers a full-spectrum vinyasa practice for beginners. Flow through surya namaskar A and B, then move through a variety of foundational poses, connecting one breath to one movement. You'll climb up the mountain, building heat, strength, and mobility, then climb back down with backbends and reclined postures. Props Suggested: Two blocks and a strap.
