Qigong

A practice based on ancient philosophy that blends movement, meditation, and breathwork.

Qi Gong (chee-gong) is a traditional healing modality rooted in Chinese philosophy for over 2,000 years. Through gentle, rhythmic movements and breath combinations, it balances Qi (life force energy), activating the parasympathetic nervous system to foster relaxation and vitality. Qi Gong promotes longevity, mobility, and is ideal for injury recovery or physical limitations. With nature-based visualization, it also provides a foundation for a spiritual or reflective practice, connecting you to a rich cultural lineage.
