Push through four blocks — core, plyo, strength, and cardio — to challenge your athleticism and find your ultimate full-body strength. This high-intense and challenging class moves fast through Low Plank Lateral Jumps, Side Plank, Pop Squats, bent-over Row, Lateral Taps, Mountain Climbers, and Plank Walk Outs.
