Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Khetanya’s passion for fitness began with her love for acting, dance, and music. She began her fitness career in New York City, working amongst the city’s top celebrity trainers and now trains and instructs in Los Angeles, California. She is trained and certified in formats such as Dance Cardio, Trampoline, Sculpt, Pilates MAT, Pilates Reformer, HIIT, TRX, Barre, and Boot Camp. In her classes, you can expect challenging sequences that will build endurance, strength, and lean muscles.

Her mission is to empower the mind and body to bring you closer to your superpowered human self. Her Mantra: We get stronger together, every day.

Welcome to Ballet Barre, a great workout that builds muscular endurance and stabilization through ballet-inspired exercises. This class moves through a slow yet slightly challenging series that explores ballet foot positions and classical Ballet Barre moves, including Plié, Grand Plié, Lower and Lift, and an abdominal series. Pilates

Level 2-3 45 mins

Grab a towel — this is a sweaty one! Blending long cardio pushes and deep Pilates exercises, you’ll focus on muscular endurance while charging and activating your core and heart. Move briskly through Squats, Jumping Jacks, Hundreds, side-kneeling Kicks, and the Series of Five. This class previously aired on June 21, 2024.

Learn how to activate every inch of your core muscles in this class that strengthens your body and your practice.
