Henderson

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Khetanya’s passion for fitness began with her love for acting, dance, and music. She began her fitness career in New York City, working amongst the city’s top celebrity trainers and now trains and instructs in Los Angeles, California. She is trained and certified in formats such as Dance Cardio, Trampoline, Sculpt, Pilates MAT, Pilates Reformer, HIIT, TRX, Barre, and Boot Camp. In her classes, you can expect challenging sequences that will build endurance, strength, and lean muscles.

Her mission is to empower the mind and body to bring you closer to your superpowered human self. Her Mantra: We get stronger together, every day.

Pilates

Level 2-3 30 mins

A creative class that uses gliders to boost your workout. Strong core work is woven throughout, but be ready to burn out your entire body! Exercises include reformer-inspired Coordination, Crunches, Hundreds, Push Ups, and Plank work. This class was previously aired on October 22, 2021. Props Required: gliders.

Fitness

Level 2-3 30 mins

Build lean muscle and rev your heart rate with this challenging full-body HIIT and strength class. Move through variations of Squats, Jumping Jacks, and arm exercises. This class was previously aired on October 20, 2021. Props Required: resistance loop.

Pilates

Level 2-3 30 mins

Strengthen your entire body using bodyweight only in this mat Pilates routine. Move through exercises working from head-to-toe including Standing Roll Ups, Squats, Plank, and Swimming. Finish with a Mermaid stretch to wring it out. This class was previously aired on October 15, 2021.
