You'll explore the sources of Qi, beginning with deep abdominal breathing and continuing with a relaxing flow of nature-inspired movement. Feel yourself come alive in body, mind and spirit as you clear tension and restore balance.

Resilience is the combination of strength and adaptability, like a tree, which is rooted to the ground, yet flexible in the wind. Use flowing, water-like movements to build strength in your legs, flexibility in your spine and fluidity throughout your upper body. Feel yourself becoming both grounded and buoyant, as you breathe power and resilience into every cell.

Ease into gentle stretching with a seated sequence of flowing movements. You'll soften and release tension throughout your body, using your breath to guide energy and allow it to circulate more freely. Conclude with a simple meditation, feeling the earth beneath you and the air around you as you notice the effects of the practice on your mind and body.
Week 2
Yoga
In Tao Yin, true power comes from within; starting from the center, then radiating outward. Connect to your energetic center with a powerful routine that is practiced entirely on your back. You'll develop core strength along with hamstring and low back flexibility, and walk away feeling relaxed, renewed and revitalized.

Continue building power in your core with another series of supine exercises. Begin with full-body breathing to bring vitality to the inside of your body. Create connection in your core with movements that will strengthen and empower, then feel the energy you've generated throughout your body.
Yoga
Integrate the exercises you've practiced throughout this program with a sequence of standing, seated and supine flows. You'll ease stress and restore balance, as you strengthen and move energy throughout your body. This practice is a journey, so repeat these classes as needed and weave the mindful movements and flows into your daily life.
