Darren Rhodes has been the director of YogaOasis in Tucson, Arizona since 1999\. He is the founder of YogaHour, an accessible, inexpensive, expertly-taught flow yoga class that offers clear and specific alignment instructions for each pose. He is the author and model of the Yoga Resource Practice Manual eBook featuring photographs of Darren in 400 yoga poses with instructions. Yoga Journal named him one of the \"21 Talented Young Teachers Shaping the Future of Yoga.\"

Level 2-3 30 mins

Designed for arm balance enthusiasts, this powerful flow is made up of challenging transitions that progressively peak at mayurasana (peacock pose). After a quick warmup, weave your way through dynamic vinyasas peppered with other advanced arm balances including visvamitrasana, eka pada koundinyasana 1, and vasisthasana. Cool down with a twist in child's pose, holy cow, and paschimottanasana, then rest in a well-earned savasana.

Infuse your morning with movement to get your day rolling from the get-go! This quick practice features three rounds of sun salutations with stimulating additions like yoga jumping jacks and lunges with backbends, followed by a nice stretchy wind-down.You'll wake up, warm up, and get right into the swing of your day.

Meditation

Focus on the stillness between your inhales and exhales, tapping into the inherent calmness of that space. This practice is a perfect way to start the day fresh or a wonderful reset button when transitioning from afternoon to evening.
