Kim Strother

Kim Strother has been an athlete all her life and loves nothing more than moving and strengthening her body. Kim’s full-circle approach to wellness comes from an underlying belief in bio-individuality. A belief that each and every person has unique needs – that personal differences in anatomy, metabolism, and body composition all influence overall health in what makes you feel your best.

Kim is a wellness coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor. As one of LA’s top celebrity trainers, she spent over a decade creating individualized health programs for clients including her popular 30 Day In-Home Bootcamp experience. Kim has been a featured fitness instructor at studios and workshops across the country including Barry’s Bootcamp, Bandier, SXSW, and Summit Series.

As a nutritional consultant, Kim’s obsession with integrative health is a personal one. In 2013, after many months of struggling with extreme fatigue, chronic sinus, and upper respiratory infections, Kim was diagnosed with Lyme disease. Her journey toward recovery ultimately led her to nutritional nourishment and integrative wellness as a means for healing. Recovering from Lyme, Kim felt intuitively that she needed to take control of her health through all things she put in her body - physically, spiritually, and nutritionally.

Kim wholeheartedly believes that wellness is a deeply individualized journey. With an approach that includes an equal dose of fitness, functional nutrition, and mental mindfulness, her goal is to create accessible wellness plans for anyone seeking to become a healthier being.

A former Ford Model, Kim has appeared on the cover of Runner's World and has been featured in Fitness Magazine, Self, Shape, Women's Health, and Health. She has shot campaigns for Nike, Reebok, Champion, Vibram, Lady Foot Locker, Adidas, and Columbia Sportswear and was named one of the most in-demand fitness models by racked.com. Kim is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. Kim loves to travel, and you can often find her (or see her posts) jumping around on beaches and hiking the outdoors.
