Yoga

Level 1-2 45 mins

This energizing hybrid class uses a combination Vinyasa Flow asanas and Kundalini breathwork to strengthen and stretch your body while clearing your mind. Begin with Bridge lifts, core exercises, and Ego Eradicator to build and expand your energy. Empower your heart by moving through Sun Salutations, Locust and Camel Pose before finishing class with hip-openers and breathwork to center your mind.

Fitness

Level 2 45 mins

Strengthen your entire body with bodyweight-only exercises that emphasize slow, intentional movement. Three 12-minute circuits take you through Elevator Pushups, Lunges, Bicycle Crunch, Deadlifts, and an all-out Plank series, then finish with a satisfying stretch.

Pilates

Level 2-3 45 mins

Take your practice to the next level with this challenging (and fun) twist on classical Pilates. Get an amazing workout for your legs, glutes, and core. This class offers plenty of modifications for newer students as well as some of the more advanced exercises including Boomerang. This class was previously streamed on January 6, 2021.

Yoga

Level 1-2 45 mins

This Hatha class balances your sacrum using the breath to deepen your postures. Observe your hips, pelvis, and spinal mobility throughout peak poses including Bridge, Plank, and Cobra. Complete your practice with seated twists. This class was previously aired on September 23, 2021. Props Recommended: 1 blanket.

This class guides your body to follow the most feel-good movement. Ignite your energy as you flow through Crescent Moon to Wild Thing, then move to the floor for stretches, Reverse Table Top, and Reverse Plank. This class was previously aired on March 15, 2022.

Pilates

Level 2-3 45 mins

Leave props behind and turn up the heat in this sweaty, mat Pilates class that reaches your entire body. Exercises include Bridge work, an extensive ab sequence, a Table Top series, Arm Dancing, and a satisfying stretch to finish. This class was previously aired on February 24, 2022.

Fitness

Level 2 45 mins

Find joy in your movement while building strength in a full range of muscles. This class combines Barre with conditioning and blends lots of balancing throughout. Exercises include mat core work, classical ballet positions, Lunges, and Deadlift. This class was previously aired on March 2, 2022. Props Required: a barre or chair. Props Suggested: 1-5 lb. hand weights and a loop resistance band.

Fitness

Level 2-3 45 mins

This cardio-strength combo class revs up your heart-rate and sculpts your muscles in four circuits repeated three times each. Each circuit features two strength exercises—Dumbbell Curls, Presses, Side Raises, and Reverse Flies—followed by two cardio moves. Think, Plank Jacks, Supermans, Russian Twists, and Lateral Lunges. Pilates

This well-rounded Pilates class increases your strength and endurance with resistance work and includes a 10-minute tension-releasing stretch. Challenge yourself through Pliés, a standing leg series, Scissors, and Glute Bridge, then enjoy a variety of full-body stretches. This class was previously aired on April 29, 2022. Props Suggested: 1 Pilates ball and 1-3 yoga blocks.
