When times are turbulent, we must learn to go with the flow, and to get grounded on command. This dynamic and fluid practice supports us in just that. You’ll begin with gentle shoulder and neck warm ups, build with rhythmic and flowing sun salute variations, and settle into hip openers infused with breath-inspired spinal waves. Once the movement has cleared the stress away, you’ll settle into a mindful meditation practice that teaches you how to name your thoughts- so that they no longer have power over you. You’ll leave this practice feeling moved, grounded and ready to take on whatever is next in your life. This class was previously recorded on November 2, 2020. Props Suggested: 2 blocks.

Yoga

A strong Vinyasa flow that focuses on finding your inner calm using deep breathing and mindful movement. Warm-up begins with Sun Salutation C, then swiftly moves into Chair, Half Moon, and Pyramid Pose. Challenge yourself in an upright Lotus balance, and then nwind in Butterfly, Forward Bends, and Savasana. This class was previously streamed on May 25, 2021.

Start with side bends and Forward Fold, then move through core-focused exercises like Hundreds, Scissor Switch, and Criss Cross, followed by Shoulder Bridge.
